Quadtego offers five Technical Support Packages: Time Tokens, SME Support and Modular Support, Break/Fix Maintenace and Vendor Warranty Management. Each one has a flexible, clear and cost-effective structure, and each provides a straightforward, unique solution to differing support requirements.

Modular Support
The Core Module is used to manage your core server infrastructure and aims to provide you with a highly skilled and resourced IT Team to effectively manage your IT infrastructure
Whether it's a specific skill set or just time that you lack, Modular Support provides a set of clearly defined support modules, which you can piece together to produce a support contract that fills the gaps in your IT department.
At the heart of your Modular Support contract is the 'Core Module', which provides for your basic and essential network support. This includes proactive server monitoring; problem resolution; server anti-virus and patch management; back up monitoring and asset management. Then, depending on your infrastructure and what in-house skills you have, you just need to pick whichever additional support modules you wish to plug in.
You can choose to add your Exchange Server and allow us to monitor your mail stores, provide administration for new and existing users whilst ensuring all tested Microsoft patches and service packs are applied. Or maybe you would like us to provide and manage your user support. We will add, remove or modify user accounts working to your processes and timescales. We will ensure your desktops have the latest Microsoft patches and check your anti-virus is up to date.
We also offer other modules to manage your SQL, Citrix, Security and IT Recovery needs. All offered modules can be purchased with the knowledge that a team of highly qualified and accredited engineers are on hand to assist.

Break/Fix Maintenance
Our flagship support service providing modules to cover every part of your IT infrastructure
Quadtego provide European wide break/fix maintenance for servers, storage, PC’s, printers and networking products. We provide advice on which maintenance program best suits your company’s needs and sources the most cost effective services from best of breed providers.
We have been providing maintenance for Hewlett Packard, Sun, IBM and Cisco equipment for over 15 years. Our matured relationships with both UK and European accredited service providers means we can select the best companies for the maintenance you require.
Once your contract is "live", you have only one telephone number to log a call or to get an update. We can provide you with a web based portal too so you can access information 24/7. Quadtego will manage the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and ensure you get the service you are paying for. Our automated systems will confirm all actions by email removing the need for you to be constantly on the phone getting updates.
You will receive a monthly report showing all logged maintenance calls, details of the problem, actions taken and the resolution applied. Every step is time/date stamped so you have complete transparency of the service being provided.

Time Tokens
Inexpensive "Pay As You Go" support
Time Tokens provide "what you see is what you get” support for organisations who want IT problems resolved on an as required basis. Each token entitles you to 15 minutes of support time and you can purchase as many as you require, as often as you require them. You can use your Time Tokens to fix any IT issue no matter how big or small - the only variable is the time it takes to reach a resolution.
Time Tokens deliver many benefits to organisations that require cost effective but highly qualified support. Its low start up cost will give you total piece of mind with simple problems. You decide how long we spend on a fix meaning you’re not spending unqualified sums of money on minor support issues.
Each Time Token costs £15 and is equal to 15 minutes of support. Tokens never run out so you can use them whenever you want.

SME Support
A fixed price support contract specifically designed for small companies
Quadtego’s SME Support package provides businesses that have limited IT resource with a total care package for their IT infrastructure. With user support, system monitoring, backup, patch management and asset management among the high level services we deliver, this package gives you all round protection of your IT assets and data at a very good price.

Vendor Warranty Management
A complete management service for all your vendor warranties.
Managing and maintaining warranties provided by vendors when new products are purchased can be a time consuming task. Selecting the most appropriate warranty upgrade, registering warranties, keeping abreast of which warranties are ending will take up valuable time for an IT team.
Quadtego provide these services to our customers and have developed a suite of process and software systems to efficiently manage vendor warranties. All warranties are entered into our asset database, which gives immediate access to specific information about the warranty type, expiry date and which asset the warranty covers.
You will be provided with a single telephone number and a web based portal to log, view and add comments to any of your support calls. Quadtego will manage the whole logging, tracking and closing process for you. All actions taken are recorded on our helpdesk software, with email confirmations being sent directly to you. As your warranties age, Quadtego will give you ‘countdown’ notices of their expiry at 90, 60 and 30 days.
Complete reporting is provided monthly showing all calls logged, the hardware asset that was faulty, the problem, actions taken and the resolution provided.
